In 1970 it joined Toro as neighbourhood. Good Land or Land of Moors. 

The present town has a medieval origin. Tagarabuena was called Tavarabuena in 1631 and it had an approximate population of 500 people. Today it has a Civic Centre and the traditions are kept in festivals and celebrations. GALLERY
